  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

 Timeframe for Returns:

  • You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery or pickup of the furniture items.
  • Any requests for returns made after this period may not be accepted.

 Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via phone or email.
  • You will be required to provide your order details and reason for the return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) if the return is approved.

Return Shipping and Handling:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling.
  • Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of the returned items.

Inspection and Refunds:

  • Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If the items meet the return eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed for the cost of the returned items minus any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, or damages incurred.

Exclusions:

  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Clearance or sale items
    • Used or damaged items not caused by transportation or manufacturing defects
